This Privacy Policy applies to browsing www.getsiwon.com and to the purchase of our products through it. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by our Cookies Policy, available on the "Privacy and Cookies Policy" page in the footer of the Website.

2. What data we process and how we obtain it
- Identification and contact data (name and surname, postal and email addresses, telephone number), which you provide when purchasing, creating your account, subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us.
- Order data (products, amounts, purchase and returns history).
- Payment information: payments are processed directly by our payment gateways; SIWON does not access or store your full card details.
- Browsing data (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, date and time of access), as described in the Cookies Policy.
- Data you share voluntarily by email, WhatsApp or on our social networks (also subject to each network's own privacy policy).
- Answers to Website questionnaires (for example, our skin test), which you provide voluntarily to receive product recommendations.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to dpo@siwon.es or via the unsubscribe link included in every communication.
4. Minors
The sale of our products is intended for people over 18. For data protection purposes, minors under 14 years of age may not provide us with personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians (Art. 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018). SIWON may request proof of such authorisation at any time. If you share images featuring minors on our social networks, you must first obtain the authorisation of their parents or guardians.
5. Recipients of your data
Your data is only disclosed to those who need access to it for the purposes described:
- Technology and ecommerce providers: Shopify (online store platform), email marketing and CRM providers, and analytics tools.
- Payment gateways and providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna, which process your payment data directly.
- Logistics and transport operators, for the delivery of your orders.
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), only through cookies and pixels if you have given your consent, as described in the Cookies Policy.
- Public authorities, courts and tribunals, where there is a legal obligation.
We have signed the contracts required by Art. 28 GDPR with all providers acting as data processors.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers (for example, Shopify or certain marketing and analytics platforms) may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In such cases, transfers are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision — in particular, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified entities — or, failing that, by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, together with additional safeguards where necessary. 7. Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, duly blocked, for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations (as a general rule, commercial documentation for 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code and tax documentation for 4 years). Data processed on the basis of your consent (for example, the newsletter) is kept until you withdraw it.
8. Security measures
SIWON applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of its data processing systems, and periodically evaluates their effectiveness. The connection to the Website is encrypted with an SSL/TLS certificate.
9. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to dpo@siwon.es and properly identifying yourself. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), particularly if you consider that we have not properly handled your rights.
10. Social networks
SIWON uses its social networks to advertise its products. If you share content on our profiles, you authorise us to reproduce it and communicate it publicly on those networks for that purpose; you may revoke this authorisation at any time by writing to dpo@siwon.es. If you do not wish this processing to take place, please refrain from sharing content on our profiles.
11. Deferred payment (Klarna)
If you choose Klarna's payment methods, during the purchase process we may transmit your contact and order data to Klarna so that it can assess your eligibility and adapt its payment methods to your profile. Klarna will process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available on its website.
