CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of our products through the website www.getsiwon.com (which we will call "website" or "getsiwon.com") will be regulated by the following Conditions of Sale.

1. IDENTIFICATION DETAILS
getsiwon.com is a domain owned by LIVE OUT SOLUTIONS, S.L., a Spanish company based in Madrid, with zip code 28046, Paseo de la Castellana, 194, registered in the Madrid Business. Registry in volume 40.245, 190, page 715042, and holder of the tax code number B88631049 (from now on it will be "SIWON"). The activity of SIWON consists in selling cosmetic products online through its website.
2. HOW TO BUY ON THE WEBSITE
To purchase our products through the website you need to be over 18 years of age.
The products will be sold at the price indicated on the website when the customer confirms the order.
All prices are inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force but excluding shipping costs which vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country where delivery is to be made.
First, you have to choose the product or products you wish. By clicking on each product, you can choose the quantity you wish and add it to your shopping cart. When your shopping cart is full of the products you wish, you can proceed with the purchase and check out.

Zone EU-1 & EU2:

We'll do everything we can to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. Please, check your email inbox to know when your order will be shipped.
How does the delivery work and what do I do if I'm not at home on the day of delivery?
The courier will make a first delivery attempt, and if you are not at home they will leave a notice in the mailbox, if they have access to it. After this first attempt, the courier will contact you to schedule another delivery. If you are not contacted by the transport company, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can provide you with their contact information.
Can I track my order?
Sure, you can follow the tracking of your shipment through the link you'll find in the confirmation email sent.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please check you have entered the right address before completing your order, but in case you realize you have entered a wrong one, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com. If your order has already left our logistics centre, the change of address will generate an additional cost and longer shipping time.
Always check your inbox to see when your order is shipped. If you place your order at the weekend or on public holidays, it will be shipped the next business day. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the following days, our logistics centre will not prepare any orders until the next working day. We apologise for the inconvenience.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
The payment will be requested at the last stage of the purchase process, after entering all your card details and finishing the order.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If for any reason you can not complete your order or any error appears, please write us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: DISCOVER OUR RETURN POLICY
Have you changed your mind about your purchase?
Don't worry! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org writing your order details and adding picture of what you wish to return, and our Customer Care team will be happy to explain you how to proceed.
The products to be returned must be in the same state in which you received them, unopened and in their original packaging.
Remember! You have 30 calendar days to return your order. If it is a pack it cannot be divided, so you should return it in full.
In case you decide to return the purchased products because you have changed your mind or you are not satisfied with the purchase, you will have to pay the shipping costs of the return.
Once we receive your return, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to confirm the refund processing. In such cases, within 14 days we will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) (including any initial shipping costs).
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of ordering. We will not refund the payment in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased on our Website.
- Used products, whose container has been opened and / or manipulated.
Product warranty in case of defect or not matching the purchase reference.
If this happens, we will take charge of the whole process very easily and without any cost to you. Send an email to email@example.com with the order details and a photograph of what you have received, so that we can solve it quickly. Once we receive the returned products, we will check them through a quality control. If the quality control confirms the non-conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm the handling of the refund. In these cases, within a maximum of 14 days we will refund you all costs incurred: the amount paid for the product(s) to be returned, any initial shipping costs and those generated by the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of the order. If after quality control, no non-conformity or defect is detected, we will refund the price of the product plus the initial shipping costs, but not the return costs.
6. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
I have just made a purchase, but I wish to cancel it, what can I do?
If you like to cancel your order you should inform us as soon as possible sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund the full amount of the purchase. If your order is already processed or has been sent, you must follow the return process.

These Terms of Sale comply with the provisions of Spanish law.
